THE LEADER IN UMPIRE ACADEMIES 



The Right Call Umpire Academy is 90 hours of baseball rules and umpire mechanics instruction given over a six week period.

The Academy will cover:

  • ​Major League Baseball Rules
  • 2 Man Umpire Mechanics
  • Balks (How to recognize and Enforce)
  • Fast Pitch Rules
  • Cage Instruction (Mechanics and Techniques of Working the Plate)
  • Practice Games (Field Training Using 2 Man Umpire Mechanics

You will be given Cage Instruction for Baseball and Fast Pitch Softball.  You will be video taped to show your progress and assist with your learning needs.

Students who successfully complete The Right Call Umpire Academy will have the opportunity to be hired to umpire baseball and fast pitch softball with our current umpiring crew.
